Your One to One Face Yoga Session
A one-to-one Face Yoga session is a great opportunity to create a personal programme designed just for you, it can be delivered in person or via Skype.
After an initial consultation I will teach you the 10 minute upper and 10 minute lower face yoga exercise and then tailor other specific aspects of the face yoga method for your needs. This could include techniques from facial acupressure, face lift massage or face energy work. As part of your personal programme you will also receive well-being technique that will add to your experience of overall health and fulfilment.
Each session lasts 90 minutes and is an investment of £70
